Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Go On Lads. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
● Unworn
● Unwashed
● In their original condition
● With original tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We're happy to help with exchanges whenever inventory is available.
If your requested size is no longer in stock, we'll gladly issue a refund once your return has been received and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
● Final Sale items
● Gift Cards
● Customized or personalized products
Return Shipping
Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@goonlads.com. Including photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
